Real Estate and Proptech

Every deal crosses a portal, an ISV, and your org.

Sales Cloud for the pipeline, Experience Cloud for tenants and agents, and property, listing, and transaction ISVs on top. Laminar maps lead-to-lease and listing-to-close as they actually run, reads the org behind them, and ships every change traceable to the person and the request.

Shift maps lead-to-lease. Profile reads the org. Flow ships; Ascent keeps the record.

100+ enterprise teams trust Laminar with the systems that run their business.

What changed for a team like yours.

ACV Auctions

“A rep on a live negotiation call shouldn't be tabbing between systems. Priority score, bid history, vehicle details, the offer. It's all on one screen now, and closing is one click.”

Where it breaks

Six ways the estate fails the people running it.

Commercial real estate

The deal lives in the broker's phone until it's signed. Sales Cloud holds the pipeline the brokers update on Friday, the listing ISV holds the space, and the LOI is in email. The forecast is a conversation.

Residential brokerage

Agents, transactions, and commissions in three systems. The transaction platform, the CRM, and the commission tool each hold a version of the deal, and the integration between them was built for a smaller brokerage. Closings are reconciled by hand.

Property management

The tenant portal shows whatever it read last. Experience Cloud fronts Service Cloud, which fronts the property system, and the maintenance request that got lost was lost at the seam. The tenant found out first.

REITs and investment

Asset, lease, and investor data never meet. Leasing runs in Salesforce, the asset system holds the rent roll, and investor reporting is a quarterly spreadsheet built from both. Data quality is the job of the person who leaves.

Proptech platforms

The org grew with the customer count. Sales, onboarding, and support each configured what they needed at speed, and the one admin who knows how the flows interact is a manager now. Nobody has read what growth left behind.

Construction and development

Every project is a custom object. Bids, contracts, and change orders modeled per project, portals for subcontractors, and integrations to the project system built by a contractor. Reporting is a rebuild.

What changes

Lead-to-lease on the record. Portals in sync. Every change traceable.

Same platform, same senior people, in the vocabulary of the deal desk and the property team. Nothing is rebuilt; the estate you close on becomes the one you can change on purpose.

Across the CRM, the portal, and the ISVs.

Shift maps the deal from inquiry to signed.

Every deal's path, dwell time, and backward move, drawn from field history rather than a Monday pipeline call. The stall between application and lease shows up with the days it costs in vacancy.

The platform

Three engines. One operating system.

Shift reads the process, Profile reads the org, and Flow does the work. Ascent holds every change, from every engine, to the same rules.

Laminar ShiftShift maps the process your business actually runs, from real field history, and shows where it stalls and what the stall costs.
Laminar ProfileProfile reads the org's metadata and turns it into findings you can click through to the class or flow behind them.
Laminar FlowFlow takes work from request to production, with deploys computed against the live org and every change traceable to the person and the work item.

Security

Built so the record already exists.

SOC 2

Access, change, and deployment events are recorded as they happen, in append-only stores. Controls you can show an auditor, not describe to one.

ISO 27001

Deny-by-default sandbox egress, short-lived tokens, and credentials brokered outside the box. The information-security mechanisms exist before the certificate does.

ISO 42001

The agent works in an isolated sandbox on the work item's own branch, and a named person approves what ships. How the AI is governed, in writing.

GDPR

Data stays where your org keeps it. Access resolves to named users, and retention is something Profile can show you rather than guess at.

HIPAA

Changes to systems holding PHI clear the same gates as every other change, with approvals and deployments recorded as they happen.

The questions we get asked.

Both, on purpose. The platform does the reading, the diffs, the deploys, and the record; Fellows bring the judgment. You buy one engagement, priced on the outcome, and keep the platform and the capability when it's done.

Let your builders build.
